Life time warranty for dental implants
Colina Dental gives a lifetime warranty to a failed dental implant if there is a problem with the osseointegration. There will be no free replacement if the loss of the implants is due to an accident, diseases where bone condition is compromised, if the implant was manipulated by another dental facility, drug dependency, poor hygiene habits, no follow-up visits or regular cleanings for maintenance.
Two-year warranty for Crowns, Bridges and Restorations
Colina Dental will replace or repair crowns, bridges, onlays, inlays, restorations, implant crowns or abutments due to faulty materials or workmanship. The warranty does not apply if the patient is missing regular dental care and/or proper oral hygiene. If issues with the product are the result of bruxism, accidents, or diseases causing the deterioration of the dental structure as well as teeth discoloration or deterioration due to medications or lack of personal dental hygiene, smoking or drug consumption. Preexisting conditions that may cause failure of treatment.
