Dr. Madrigal has been one of our team members since 2003. Hopefully, if you keep your teeth clean, and come in for regular dental exams and teeth cleanings, you will not need the services of our periodontist. In order to have healthy teeth, it is very important to have healthy gums. If you develop gum disease and your gums become infected, the infection can go down to the jawbone. If tarter is allowed to stay on teeth, it will encourage the development of deep pockets between the teeth and gums.
